I currently offer delivery within the UK. The standard delivery cost for small items is £3.95 and these will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class. This can often include multiple small items within one delivery cost if being delivered to the same address. If you would like to send an item directly to a friend or family member then please enter their details in the shipping address at checkout. If you are sending gifts to more than one person please checkout out separately as a postage charge will be required for each separate address.
For the large Little Dolly Daydreams frames the delivery cost is £10, shipped with a courier with signed for service.

The turnaround for individual peg dolls is usually 1-2 weeks and for a family frame 3-4 weeks. Please get in touch before purchasing if you need an item sooner. I will always try to help when I can!
I will always ensure the items that leave me are well packaged. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have been posted. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged please let me know within 7 days with photographic evidence.
I am unable to accept returns for custom orders unless there is a mistake on my behalf such as a spelling mistake or wrong colour doll sent out, in which case I will provide another product free of charge. If you change your mind on a certain element of the design of a personalised product then it will need to be retuned to me at your cost, and I will be happy to alter it for an extra cost, and postage charge.
